Yin/Restorative Yoga encourages opening the body in a variety of quiet, seated postures using cushions and props. This meditative form of Yoga is extremely beneficial for people with injuries from tight hips to pulled hamstrings, and ideal for pregnant ladies or just for those of us who are looking to enjoy the stillness in life.
