Register of Exercise Professionals
Levels 3 Member REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Instructor. REPs has been set up to help safeguard and to promote the health and interests of people who are using the services of exercise and fitness instructors, teachers and trainers. The Register uses a process of self-regulation that recognises industry-based qualifications, practical competency, and requires exercise professionals to work within a Code of Ethical Practice. Members of the Register are given a card and registration certificate to prove their qualification and membership.

Certfied to teach pre and post natal with Fitness Professionals led by Cherry Baker.
Pranayama Diploma
Without the breath their exists no practice of Yog. It was the philosophy and principles of Pranayama that inspired me from an early age to take my Yoga practice further. I have studied Pranayama techniques extensively including British Wheel of Yoga and more recently Philip Xerri Pranayama Diploma accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.
Philip Xerri studied yoga and pranayama with Dr Swami Gitananda Giri in India.

I regularly attend a wide variety of workshops from anatomy to philosphy and dance in both Yoga and Pilates to keep my approach fresh and up-to-date and I am grateful to those teachers for sharing their knowledge. Some of these include ‘Anatomy of Yoga’, ‘Safe Backbends’, ‘Making Inversions Safe and Enjoyable’, ‘Yoga and Meditation’, ‘Teaching Mindfulness’, ‘Yin/Yang Yoga’ with Sarah Powers, ‘Anatomy of the Hips’, ‘Principles of Kathak’, ‘Methods of Mantra’, ‘The Bhagavad Gita within the Mahabharata’, weekly discussions groups on Bhagavad Gita/Vedanta/Islam and Yoga amongst many others. Many of these workshops are with accredited bodies.
