About Sadhana

Sadhana’s upbringing and Bangladeshi background has given her the opportunity to practice Yoga in all forms. This philosophy is reflected in her Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes (sadhanayoga.co.uk) from sharing the joys of breath and meditation to philosophy and study (Jnana Yoga).

Her love of Anatomy and mechanics of the body is evident in her Pilates classes and Yogasana from dynamic to stilling Yin Yoga. Sadhana’s classes ensure that all people are able to take part in the sessions and enjoy the true beauty and joy of the practice of Yoga and Pilates. She is a qualified with the British Wheel Yoga, Yin and Mindfulness Meditation and a qualified Pilates Instructor.
